Find the people asking for what you sell on social media
Adnetic is a social listening and intent-based engagement platform. It scans public posts and comments on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and Discourse forums, recognises people expressing a need that matches your product, and drafts a helpful reply with your link — posted only after a human approves it. Adnetic also measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok recommend your product when customers ask (AI SEO).
How Adnetic works
Create a campaign
Set keywords, describe the need to catch (e.g. “asking for a mobile app to manage Kubernetes”), a reply template, a destination link and a daily cap.
Listen & classify intent
Adnetic scans public data on the platforms you pick and decides whether a post really expresses that need — using keyword rules (accent-insensitive for Vietnamese), a multilingual zero-shot model, or an LLM.
Draft a suggested reply
Every match becomes a lead with the reason it matched and a confidence score. Adnetic drafts a reply from your template and labels it as an ad automatically.
Approve, then post
You approve, edit or reject in the lead inbox, on desktop or phone. Approved replies post through official APIs where the platform allows it; elsewhere Adnetic reminds you to reply by hand.
AI SEO: get recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok
More and more customers ask an AI assistant “which product should I use for…” instead of searching Google. Adnetic asks those assistants the exact questions your customers ask and tells you:
- Whether your product is mentioned, where it ranks against your competitors, and whether the AI links to your website.
- When you are compared, whether the AI states your real advantages — and which of its claims contradict your facts.
- Which discussions and articles the AI relies on to answer — so you can show up there with accurate information.
Examples
- Someone asks “where can I download this video?” → Adnetic suggests a reply introducing your video-download site, with the link.
- Someone asks “is there an app to manage k8s from my phone?” → Adnetic suggests a reply introducing your Kubernetes management app.
- Someone asks “which shop sells this?” under a review video → the lead lands in your inbox so your team can answer while it matters.
Supported platforms
| Platform | Finds leads | Posts replies | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yes — monitors the Pages you choose via Graph API | Yes — on Pages you manage | The Graph API has no Facebook-wide keyword search; posting requires pages_manage_engagement. Meta has retired the Groups API. | |
| Yes — hashtag search (up to 30 hashtags per 7 days) | Limited — only on your own media | The API cannot reply to other people's posts. | |
| YouTube | Yes | Not yet — read-only today | Posting via the YouTube Data API is not built yet. |
| TikTok | Yes | No | TikTok has no public comment-posting API; reply by hand in the app. |
| Threads | Yes — keyword search via the Threads API | No | The API only publishes to your own account, not replies to other people's threads. |
| Discourse | Yes — public forums | Only on forums you own | Each forum's robots.txt and terms are checked first; forums that forbid crawling are refused. |
On TikTok, Threads and YouTube, Adnetic is today a lead finder that reminds you to reply by hand — not an auto-commenting bot.
Who Adnetic is for
- App and SaaS makers looking for their first users right where those users are asking.
- Online shops and brands that want to answer “where can I buy…” and “is there one that…” in the moment.
- Agencies running many campaigns that need an approval queue, roles, and a log of who approved what.
Adnetic is not for spam: there is no unreviewed bulk-posting mode, and it won't target the same person again and again.
Safe by default
- Public data only — no logging in to read private content.
- Every reply needs human approval; live posting is off by default (DRY_RUN).
- Automatic ad disclosure, rate limits, and no repeated targeting of the same person.
- Anyone who appears in the data can opt out, and it applies to every Adnetic customer.
Frequently asked questions
What is Adnetic?
Adnetic is a social listening and intent-based engagement platform: it finds public social media posts and comments expressing a need that matches your product, then suggests a reply with your link for you to approve before it is posted.
How is Adnetic different from a regular social listening tool?
Social listening tools usually count brand mentions and measure sentiment. Adnetic does one thing: it finds posts with a concrete need (intent), explains why each one matched, and takes you to the reply — with a human in the loop.
Does Adnetic comment automatically?
Not by default. Every reply goes to an approval queue, auto-approve is off, and posting adapters run in DRY_RUN until you switch them on. Live posting only uses official APIs: Facebook Pages, Instagram on your own media, and your own Discourse forums.
Does Adnetic support Vietnamese?
Yes — Vietnamese is its primary language. The interface is in Vietnamese, and intent classification handles unaccented Vietnamese and abbreviations via accent-normalised keyword rules, a multilingual zero-shot model, or an LLM (Claude) for hard slang.
Does Adnetic collect private data?
No. Adnetic reads public data only and never logs in to see private content. Anyone who appears in the data can request an opt-out that applies to every customer.
Can Adnetic get my product recommended by ChatGPT?
That is what AI SEO is for. Adnetic measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok recommend your product, what they say when comparing it with competitors, and which sources they cite — so you know what to act on. See AI SEO.
How much does Adnetic cost?
Free $0 (1 campaign, 50 leads/month), Pro $49/month (10 campaigns, 2,000 leads/month), Enterprise Contact us (unlimited campaigns, unlimited leads/month). See pricing.
