Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Adnetic when you use adnetic.org, the dashboard and the APIs. Creating an account, signing in or using the service means you accept them. If you use Adnetic on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
The service
Adnetic finds public posts and comments that show a need related to your product and classifies them by intent. It drafts replies for a person on your team to approve, then posts them through the platforms' official APIs. It also tracks whether AI tools mention your product (AI SEO). Features may change over time. What each platform supports is listed on the home page.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Every workspace has admins. Admins are responsible for the people they add and the roles they give them.
- The first time you choose "Continue with Google", you get a new workspace on the Free plan, with you as its admin.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else is using it.
Your content and the replies that get posted
- You keep the rights to what you put into Adnetic, such as campaigns, reply templates and product profiles. You let Adnetic use it as far as needed to run the service for you.
- A reply is posted only after a person in the workspace approves it. The only exception is when an admin turns on auto-approve for a campaign. The workspace is responsible for posted content as if it had written it.
- Replies that advertise must carry an ad label. Do not blank or reword the label to hide that a reply is an ad.
- You are responsible for making sure your advertising complies with advertising, consumer protection and personal data law in your market.
What you must not do
You may not use Adnetic to:
- Spam, harass, or contact again anyone who declined or opted out.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, spread false information, post fake reviews, or hide that you are the seller.
- Promote goods or services that are prohibited, or that need a licence you do not hold.
- Target people based on sensitive data such as health, religion, political views or sexual orientation, or target children.
- Collect private content, get around a platform's access limits, or break the terms of a platform you connect.
- Get around plan or rate limits, or create several accounts to get more free quota.
- Probe, attack or reverse-engineer the service, or access another workspace's data.
If these rules are broken, we may remove content and suspend campaigns or accounts (see Suspension and termination).
Platform accounts you connect
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads or a forum, you confirm you have the right to use those accounts. You also agree that Adnetic may read and post on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you must follow each platform's terms. Platforms may limit or suspend accounts under their own policies. Adnetic lowers that risk with rate limits and human approval, but cannot guarantee your accounts will be safe. You can disconnect at any time.
AI-generated output
Intent classification, drafted replies and AI SEO results are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok change over time and from one question to the next. AI SEO results reflect the answers at the time of the check and are not a ranking guarantee. Check them before you rely on them.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Prices and limits for each plan are on the pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- An upgrade takes effect as soon as it is paid. Change plans or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal inside the dashboard. After you cancel, the paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then returns to Free.
- Payments are non-refundable, unless the law says otherwise or the service stops through our fault.
- We may change prices. New prices apply from the next billing period, with at least 30 days' notice.
Intellectual property
Adnetic, including its software, interface, name and logo, belongs to us. You may use the service under these terms, but you may not copy it, resell it, or use it to build a competing product. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
Personal data
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy. For campaign data, you decide whom to reach and why. So you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact people, and you must honour every request to stop.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Adnetic at any time, and ask for your workspace to be deleted at [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, put others or the service at risk, or when a competent authority requires it. Where we can, we give notice first and a chance to fix the problem.
- When an account ends, its data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring any particular number of leads or amount of revenue.
To the extent the law allows, Adnetic is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost data or suspended platform accounts. Our total liability is capped at what you paid Adnetic in the 3 months before the event.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Updated" date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes, we tell workspace admins at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are settled by negotiation first. If that fails, either party may take the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam.
